Colsec were approached by a specialist poultry producer who had outgrown their existing premises. The new premises included a former cowshed which although fairly run down was basically sound.
A local Architect had drawn up plans for converting the cow shed into a poultry processing facility which included various processing rooms, cold stores, storage rooms and offices.
Colsec submitted a proposal to carry out the installation which included thirteen rooms, twenty six doors, a window, the cladding of thirty steel columns, and a weatherproof roof as the overall size of the proposed facility was larger than the cow shed.
After several further meetings and various amendments, mainly to doors sizes etc. Colsec submitted their final quotation and against stiff competition were awarded the contract.
Completed on time and on budget, the owner was extremely pleased with the completed facility.
